Have a Question? Maybe this can answer it! 

Q: 'Do you ship?'

A: At this time we are not shipping our bakes. We hope to in the future be able to offer shipping for our macarons and other bakes!

Q: 'When should I put my custom order request in?'

A: I do recommend putting in a custom order request sooner rather than later. I do tend to fill up quickly and while I would love to accommodate every single custom order, I can only do as many custom orders as I have time for! We do have a 2 week minimum with custom orders.

Q: 'What is your pricing?' 

A. All of our base pricing is on our Pricing Guide page. If you are wanting an exact quote please fill out a custom order request and we will get you a quote ASAP!

Q: 'I don't see the flavor I wanted on the flavors page' 

A. While in the past we offered a bunch of different flavors for our macarons. we recently have started to tailor down out list. we just want to make sure that every flavor is the best it can be!

Q: 'Do you offer Delivery?' 

A. Most of the time I do not offer delivery. I am just a one-woman show most of the time! For really large orders or custom dessert tables we do offer delivery, but it is on a case-by-case basis.

Q: 'When & How can I pick-Up my order?' 

A. For Weekday pick-ups (Mon-Fri) All pick-ups will be at our kitchen out of PREP ATX (1300 E. Anderson Ln. Bldg. D Austin, TX 78752) from 11a - 2p. If you are wanting a weekend pick-up. Saturdays you are able to pick-up at Lakeline Farmers Market & Sundays at the Mueller Farmers Market.
